Lacor Tempo lower handle
Pears in red wine and chocolate:
4 pears
600 ml of red wine
200g brown sugar
1 orange
1 lemon
1 cinnamon stick
Mint leaves
200 grams of black chocolate
Lacor Tempo pressure cooker
Elaboration:
In a pressure cooker Lacor add wine, cinnamon stick, sugar, mint leaves and orange peel and lemon peel.
We heat all ingredients over medium heat. When boiling add the pears.
Cover the Lacor pressure cooker and hope to reach the optimum pressure (when the rotary valve begins to turn) and lower the heat until the valve turns slowly. Boil the ingredients for 10 minutes.
The chocolate is melted and booked hot.
After 10 minutes cooking let out all the steam, we open the pressure cooker and the ingredients until a thick sauce with wine syrup. Let cool.
We serve pears and pour over them the hot chocolate.
